Fengtian held its 2026 Annual Meeting at the company's Zhongshan headquarters in early January, bringing together the full management team, department heads, and frontline employees to reflect on the achievements of the past year and set the direction for the year ahead.
The event marked an important milestone for the company. 2025 was a transformative year for Fengtian — the team completed the move into the new self-built industrial park, expanded production capacity to 1.5 million units per year, and established strategic partnerships with several new brand clients in both domestic and international markets.

Reviewing 2025: A Year of Foundation Building
In his opening address, the General Manager acknowledged the collective effort behind the company's progress. The commissioning of the new 50-acre industrial park represented the largest single investment in Fengtian's history, bringing together upgraded EISENMANN enamel production lines, WAGNER automatic powder coating systems, and four standardized assembly lines under one roof. The new facility also houses a state-registered energy efficiency laboratory and a comprehensive testing center with over 100 inspection capabilities.
Beyond hardware upgrades, 2025 also saw significant advances in digital management. The company fully deployed its PLM, MES, WMS, and U9 Cloud ERP systems, creating an integrated digital backbone that connects product development, production execution, warehouse logistics, and order management into a single transparent workflow.

On the business side, Fengtian deepened its OEM/ODM partnerships with leading brands and officially launched its overseas sales division, extending its market reach from China to a growing network of international distributors and project contractors.
Setting the 2026 Agenda: Quality, Speed, and Global Reach
The meeting's forward-looking session centered on three strategic priorities for 2026.
The first is continued investment in product quality and R&D. With over 50 patents already secured — including 7 national invention patents — the R&D team outlined plans to expand the product portfolio with new energy-efficient water heater models, next-generation integrated cooker configurations, and smart-enabled kitchen appliance platforms. The goal is to ensure that Fengtian's OEM partners always have access to market-leading product technology.
The second priority is manufacturing efficiency. With the new industrial park now fully operational, the focus shifts to optimizing throughput, reducing lead times, and improving first-pass yield rates across all production lines. The MES system will play a central role in identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement at every workstation.
The third priority is global market expansion. The overseas division presented its 2026 roadmap, targeting deeper penetration in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and selected European and South American markets. The team emphasized that Fengtian's core positioning — a dedicated OEM/ODM manufacturer with no competing retail brand — resonates strongly with international brand partners who value supply chain trust and intellectual property protection.

Celebrating the Team
The evening program featured awards for outstanding employees and teams across production, quality, R&D, and sales departments. Long-service awards recognized team members who have been with Fengtian since its earliest years — a testament to the company's commitment to employee well-being and its culture of shared growth.
The Annual Meeting concluded with a simple message from the leadership team: the foundation is built, the tools are in place, and the opportunity ahead is global. Fengtian enters 2026 ready to deliver.
