The 180,000-square-meter manufacturing campus is the core production base of Fengtian’s kitchen and bathroom appliances. Structural processing, final assembly, testing laboratories, and warehousing are all integrated within the same site. This campus-based setup reduces external dependency and allows materials, semi-finished parts, and finished products to circulate internally, ensuring stable production schedules, lead times, and quality control for multi-category manufacturing and long-term OEM/ODM cooperation.

Assembly Production Line

This standardized assembly line is one of our four identical production lines, enabling an annual output of up to 1.2 million water heaters. It ensures consistent quality and high efficiency through streamlined, automated processes and strict quality control at every stage.

National-Level Test and Evaluation Center

As a nationally accredited laboratory, our Test and Evaluation Center is authorized to issue official energy efficiency reports. Equipped with advanced facilities like energy efficiency labs and EMC testing rooms, it ensures our products meet the most stringent national and industry standards.

Automatic Enamelling Production Equipment

This fully automatic enamelling system applies a durable, corrosion-resistant enamel coating to water heater inner tanks. Its precision engineering ensures uniform coverage, significantly extending the lifespan of our products and enhancing their safety.

Imported Wagner Automatic Powder Coating Line

Our imported Wagner powder coating line delivers a flawless, eco-friendly finish to water heater exteriors. Using electrostatic spraying technology, it ensures exceptional adhesion and resistance to scratches, while eliminating solvent emissions for a greener manufacturing process.

Manufacturing Process

Equipped with CNC machining centers, turning, milling, and drilling units, this workshop handles finishing and tolerance control for all core components. Operators follow digital inspection sheets to ensure repeatable accuracy.
