What is your annual production capacity? Our factory has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units, supported by 4 standardized assembly lines, an imported EISENMANN enamel coating line, and a WAGNER automatic powder spraying line. We can handle large-volume orders efficiently.
How do you ensure on-time delivery? We use an integrated digital management system — including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and U9 Cloud ERP — to track every stage of production in real time, ensuring transparent scheduling and on-time delivery.
What is the lead time from order confirmation to shipment? For standard models, the lead time is typically 25–35 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For OEM/ODM orders involving custom molds or new designs, please allow 45–60 days. We will provide a detailed production schedule upon order confirmation.
Can I place a trial order before committing to a large quantity? Yes, we welcome trial orders so you can evaluate our product quality firsthand. Trial order quantities and pricing can be discussed with your dedicated account manager.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model. For customized or new-design products, the MOQ may vary depending on the complexity of the requirements. Please contact our sales team for specific details.
Can you develop a completely new product based on our specifications? Yes. Our R&D team of 20+ engineers, backed by 12 years of technical expertise and 50+ patents, can develop new products from concept to mass production. We also have a state-registered energy efficiency lab to validate performance before launch.
How do you protect our brand and intellectual property? We take IP protection very seriously. We sign strict NDA and exclusivity agreements with every OEM/ODM partner. Since we do not sell under our own brand, your designs, molds, and proprietary features remain exclusively yours.
Can you customize the product appearance and packaging? Absolutely. We offer full customization including exterior color, panel material (metal, glass, etc.), logo printing, control panel design, and branded packaging. All product molds are developed in-house, giving us complete flexibility.
What kind of product design support do you provide? Beyond manufacturing, we offer comprehensive support including market insight sharing, product line competitiveness assessment, new product line planning, and product positioning strategy — helping you stay competitive in your market.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services? Yes. OEM/ODM is our core business. We have been a dedicated electric water heater OEM/ODM manufacturer for over 12 years, serving well-known brands worldwide. We do not operate our own retail brand, so there is zero competition with our partners.
Can you ship to any country? Yes. Our products are exported globally. We hold international certifications including CE, CB, and ROHS, which enable smooth customs clearance in most markets. We can also assist with obtaining additional local certifications if needed.
What shipping terms do you offer? We offer FOB, CIF, and EXW. Our export department, established in 2023, handles global logistics and can arrange shipping to any destination worldwide. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
How are the products packaged for international shipping? Each unit is carefully packed with reinforced foam, corner protectors, and a strong corrugated carton. We perform packaging strength tests and simulated transport vibration tests in our lab to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. For standard orders, the typical terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
Can I track my order during production and shipping? Yes. We provide regular production updates with photos at key milestones. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number and all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.) promptly.
What is your product defect rate? Thanks to our advanced manufacturing equipment (imported EISENMANN and WAGNER lines), MES real-time monitoring, and strict quality protocols, our defect rate is maintained well below the industry average. We continuously invest in process improvement to minimize quality issues.
How do you handle quality complaints or returns? We have a dedicated quality response team. Upon receiving a complaint, we initiate a root cause analysis within 24 hours and provide a resolution plan within 3 working days. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we offer replacement, repair, or credit — as agreed in the contract terms.
How do you control quality during production? We have a state-registered testing and evaluation center with over 100 comprehensive inspection items, covering energy efficiency, safety compliance, chemical analysis, lifespan testing, salt spray testing, and simulated transport vibration — among others. Every unit undergoes rigorous inspection before leaving the factory.
What is your warranty policy for OEM/ODM products? Warranty terms are tailored to each partner's requirements and market needs. We typically support warranty periods as agreed in the contract and can provide technical documentation and spare parts to support your after-sales service.
What quality certifications do your products hold? Our products have passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, China Compulsory 3C certification, and international certifications including CE, CB, and ROHS. We also hold over 100 awards and authoritative certifications.
